What is your favourite scene?

 I enjoyed writing the scene at Nikolai’s mother’s house, where he and Emma are acting as if they are in love as their fake engagement is announced and celebrated with fireworks.

Dream cast?

 Tell us a little about your book...

 Nikolai is furious when he discovers his grandmother is threatening to uncover secrets from his childhood and travels back to Russia to put a stop to it. When he meets photographer Emma Sanders he decides to use the instant spark of attraction between them to distract her and prevent her uncovering the truth. Emma knows the night she spent with Nikolai can be no more than one night, but when she discovers it has had lasting consequences she goes to New York to tell Nikolai he is to be a father and finally the real truth of his family history is revealed.
